In a world of instant gratification, we ask ourselves, "How can I be happy? And how can I be happy NOW?".
Let me share with you how simple it is to feel happy right now, right in this moment. There is no catch to this....and it is really, really simple. You want to know how to be happy right NOW?
It is called GRATITUDE.
Gratitude is the absolute key to feeling happy now. It does not matter what your current life circumstances are, you can be grateful for many things in your life. One example? The fact that you have the eyesight to read this article, it is a gift that you can see this article and read it. Another example? Education. You have been educated on how to read and have the ability to read this article. There are enough people in the world who do not have access to both eyesight or education in this world and they are living unfortunately a lesser life than you are living right in this MOMENT.
The list goes on and on for all the things that we can be grateful for. For the fact that we have a home, or legs to walk, or a job, or friends, or family members that love you, or a car to get around etc. Make a list of things you are grateful for when you're feeling down or when you want to feel better about yourself and be HAPPY.
Don't just trust me, do your research.
